I feel like this product makes some really big claims.  My job is to find out whether or not they can live up to them.  When I first started researching it I was a little surprised at some of the promises it makes like, “Draining excess fluids” in order to reduce the appearance of puffiness and bags.  It doesn’t say how it’s done but I don’t know of any ingredients or technology (except for plastic surgery) that can drain excess fluid.  So I was feeling a little discouraged and then I started to read customer reviews.  I was surprised to find that the majority of customer reviews are very positive and reported a big improvement with their dark circles.  So I guess despite my annoyance with their marketing and advertising claims, this product works.
