Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Eye Cream has some great ingredients.  Retinol is one that is very useful in anti-aging products and has been proven to help eliminate fine lines and wrinkles.

The problem with this anti-aging product is that Neutrogena does not give you the amounts of each ingredient used in its formula.  Is it strong enough to be effective?  That we don’t know.  There are no clinical studies showing it does all that it claims.  It is a bit pricey at around $21 for a tiny tube of anti-aging product.
